That's what electrotango should sound like,
By Jonas Luell (Zurich, Switzerland) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Supervielle (Audio CD)
Electrotango is "en vogue", but unfortunately a lot of Albums are either made of second rate house music with tango snippets or second rate piazzolla interpretations with unhip beats.
Bajofondo is different, and their second album is even better than the first one. Cool beats and music that lives, not as repetitive as most electronic music styles. And a lot more danceable tracks thanks to beats that are more downtempo (in contrast to the house-flavoured first album) If you ask me: the best Electrotango-CD released so far! A must for innovative Tango-Djs and Electrotango-Lovers in the world.

A GREAT CD IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO MELLOW OUT...,

This review is from: Supervielle (Audio CD)
BAFOFONDO TANGO CLUB is just one of the electrotango movement that appeared in the last couple of years. This CD is a great CD if you're looking to mellow out after a hard day of pain we call life. If you like smooth jazz, this is a CD that you must have in your collection.. however, I don't recommend this CD to anyone who's into the dance scene, because it doesn't contain any songs like TANGUEROS (BAJOFONDO TANGO CLUB CD)

A Another Pleasureable Experience,

This CD set is wonderful. I liked listening to the works of the various musicians coming together from France, Argentina, Uruguay, and the US to show their wares. I would like to say to this band, Thank You for this musical experience.
