I had to have this book for my class. I like the layout and how easy it is to read. I like that you can look up definitions. Would be nice if someone figured out that putting the page number with the definition would be helpful without having to look that up separately. Other than that a good book.

I purchased both the 10E and 11E release. The main differences is one of the contributing author passed away. Additionally, the data has been brought up to date in the 11E version. What the 10E version has that the 11E doesn't is a chapter that discusses Union Labor. It was very helpful for the class that I was attending.The principles and examples are straight forward. Having completed several supervisory courses in previous jobs, the information is presented in a structured and organized format. The end of chapter key terms and discussions are helpful in acquiring a working knowledge of supervisor responsibilities.
