PERFECT !!!!
I NEEDED A NEW SWITCH FOR THE SUPER WINCH ON MY SNOW PLOW.. THIS IS AS YOU SEE IT,, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR SWITCH,, AND IT WORKS GREAT!! THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS IF YOU DON'T TAKE AMAZONS NEXT DAY DELIVERY SPECIAL YOU COULD ACTUALLY DIE OF OLD AGE WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT!!! IT TOOK THEM 15 DAYS TO GET IT TO ME!!!! I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE I ORDER FROM AMAZON...

Not an easy replacement...
I returned the switch as it was not a direct or easy replacement for my old switch...would have required quite a bit of re-wiring. I was disappointed.

I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS AN UPGRADE SWITH UNTIL I STARTED LOOKING FOR A NEW SWITCH BECAUSE I HATE THE ONE THAT CAME WITH MY WINCH, IT WAS TO BIG AND BULKY.I ORDERED THIS SWITH AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD IT A LONG TIME AGO. GREAT PRODUCT.
