Fit parents should NEVER be court-ordered to stay away from their children. The family court program does just that - forcibly separates fit & loving parents from their children, and then cynically uses the children to "loot" them and "shake them down" for cash. Family court law operates under the premise of "this is all in the children's best interests." The problem is, the powerfull special interests that run family court law only see children as pawns. The court-room does not recognize the fact that children need both fit and loving parents - equally. The court-room has been turned into a corrupt arena that alienates the children from one fit parent (overwhelmingly the father) and then uses the children to plunder and criminialize that parent. If you truly care about what's best for our children then get this movie - and support the cause to get the truth out (to the public) about family court law.

This film provides an excellent insight into the injustices so readily evident in our family court system nowadays. There are quite a few first hand accounts of its dysfunction (and admittedly what I saw was only a preview). Support? describes quite well the bias that exists against fathers. A doctrine that many of us know about is equitable paternity whereby the court can make a man pay for child support even though he's not the biological father. Here a man is robbed of 50,000 dollars in total even though a DNA test revealed that he was NOT the child's father. This is the mother of all scams and that our government allows it to occur is absolutely disgraceful. The initiator of the scam in this case--the woman who lied to her man--actually filed a restraining order against him out of spite after he stopped paying support. He had an emotional bond with the child that he thought was his. The woman who is interviewed wanted to have nothing to do with his presence after the checks stopped rolling in. She has to be seen to be believed. The Harry Crouch interview segments were a highlight of the tape in my opinion. I hope the whole film comes out soon. It's excellent.

The lack of fathers in homes has been proven to be the root cause of over 20 different social pathologies including crime, drug usage, teen suicide, teen pregnancy, rape and even over half of all mental health issues today. This movie shows how the government has made fatherlessness highly profitable for itself and lawyers which have created profit incentives to destroy society, families and homes. It is now known that government is causing most of our skyrocketing social problems through its incompetence and corruption. This documentary will shock you and bring you to tears when you realize the lives of literally millions of children and parents are constantly destroyed by the child support machine and divorce judges being allowed to order anything except 50-50 custody and financial responsibility for fit and proven biological parents. The divorce racket and child support systems are the #1 social problem of our time because they are the root cause of 20 other social problems that happen 3-15 years later. All of this is caused by divorce judges driving fathers out of children's lives for federal kickbacks on child support (SSA Title IVD) amounting to BILLIONS each year going to all 50 state judicial systems. This documentary unveils the evil machine that is our divorce and child support system. These judges and lawyers all belong in jail as they are the most prolific child abusers on the planet today hurting thousands of children each every year. You will want to write or call your state and federal representative when you see this epidemic impacts 26 million children and another 20 million parents every day. What this movie does not say is that many states are still awarding sole custody in over 85% of cases. All for profit when we know it destroys children's lives in many ways and also increases divorce rates 92% for daughters in mother only homes to nearly 100% because they never learn to understand men.

Very good documentary about a system commonly understood to help families, not hurt them! Being in a marriage where we have agreed to NEVER use the child support system if we divorce, this film was eye opening. Good job!
