This review is from: The Supreme Court and the Attitudinal Model Revisited (Hardcover)
In terms of discussions of the Supreme Court, this book is something of a staple. The authors tend to allow a bit much of their own opinions into the stories they tell, but the analysis of the manner in which the Justices decide cases is provocative. Reading and understanding the arguments contained in the Attitudinal Model is core curriculum in academic conversations on the nature of the Court.
