Muy buen libro para aquellos que buscan como enfrentar los problemas de una manera positiva e inteligente. Como esperar lo peor de una situacion y darnos cuenta que no es el final del mundo, que hay una esperanza. Nos enseña como librarnos de preocupaciones que solo nos llevan a nuestro desgaste fisico y emocional.Es un libro para conservarlo de por vida porque una vez leido vas a sentir la necesidad de volver a leerlo cuando los problemas de la vida te azoten de nuevo. Sinceramente lo recomiendo.
