This product was recommended by a friend. It is extremely easy to use and only requires two other ingredients--fruit and sugar. You will also need air tight containers. You simply mash the fruit, add the sugar, dissolve the pectin and add it to the fruit. Very easy-to-follow instructions are in the package. I feel that anyone who uses this product will be extremely pleased. One caution: follow the measurements exactly.
