Philip W. Dunham is a retired pastor and church administrator who lives in Salem, Oregon, with his wife, Evelyn. Since retiring, he has spoken at numerous camp meetings, church revivals, and pastors'-teachers' conferences and has conducted evangelistic meetings, as well as served as an interim pastor thirteen times. Philip is also the author of "Blinded by the Light".

Philip Dunham has clearly been inspired by the Holy Spirit on this work. His treatment is pregnant with meaning for the common man, using simple language he is able to communicate potent truths about salvation and God's forgiveness.
