I have used this light in extreme conditions.

It seems pretty tough and reliable.
Incredibly bright for 1 bulb.
It last a long time on 123A lithium batteries.
It fits in pocket nice and small.
Clip is strong.
You can half-push the button for flash of light rather than clicking button and turning it on.

Scratches but still looks good.
NOT WATERPROOF *(oops thought it would be) Surefire fixed it without receipt or questions!
