the game is actually pretty good - another reviewer said you have to take the wiimote out of the gun to select menus, but that is not true, you can point the gun at the screen and press the trigger to select a menu.

the major problem with the game is the reload, your supposed to be able to shake the gun to reload, in reality it doesnt work, your left shaking up down left and right to try and reload, then your prey is gone, and you only get 3 shots b4 u have to reload, also moving around is a bit hit and miss, you push the nunchuck forward and steer pointing the gun, but it get really tiring holding that gun up to steer you.

so the game is good, but its spoiled by the reloading, i would not buy it again.

Purchased as a gift - my son-in-law says the game is great - not thrilled with the shot gun accessory but is going to give it some time.
overall - the game is the gift and he loved it.

The game has decent graphics and provided me with a few hours of entertainment before it got old fast. The real reason I bought this package was for the rifle controller (to use for Ghost Squad... which is a much better game).
I would have rated the rifle alone 3 stars. The rifle DOES have a front and rear sight (which is the reason why I wanted it) and that does help for quickly sighting in for fast-moving games like Ghost Squad. The rifle grip, however, is very uncomfortable to hold for more than about 10 minutes at a time. I have average size hands, and the grip is huge (way larger than a real rifle). This might be to fit in the wii nunchuck, but either way, after about 30 minutes of playing a game holding the rifle, it felt like I had arthritis in my fingers and thumb.
Overall, I got it for a good price, and with the front and rear site, it aims more accurately than the Wii Zapper. It also neatly tucks away all the cords which is nice, and has a stock that can be held against your shoulder for ease of aiming (although it is more like a youth-sized rifle stock in real life). But the large size of the rifle grip makes it uncomfortable to play games for long periods of time. Overall, I give it a solid 3 stars. The game itself, I give between 1 and 2 stars.

Great game and gun Pros- easy game to play you do not get eaten before you start , just fun. The gun is easy to use. Con the only reel problem is the nun chuck is a little tight in the gun and makeing the buttons sticky to use. All in all great hunting game.

It's fun and cool but the game is too short and when you finish all 4 tracks it's start to be boring

Impossible to reload, aiming is a guessing game. Don't bother with this one. Lately it has been removed from Amazon.com

Where to start? The rifle is horrible it has no range of motion. The response time is bad, the controller sets to far back in the gun and it limits the range and use. The game is horrible! The game play is bad and the game is just terrible. You are better off buying the wii zapper and the name brand hunting games.

My husband, who never play's video games, is hooked. Great for the grown men in your life.

my husband got this bundle for xmas....it was a bit hard to learn how to use but once he did it was pretty easy. Drawback ...you would think that before getting to the game that you would point and shoot options such as "new game" "single player" etc...no you have to undo the remote out of the gun use the remote to click everything to get to the game...them put the remote in the gun and play..during the game you have to click options...again...to do so you have to unlodge the remote and use it and put it back in...kinda a headache. also reloading took some difficult to figure out. The game motions you how to do it and you do it butit doesnt do anything..and in all actuality how you actually reload it is not how it tells you too. The game was fun,my 8 year old daughter loved it...but the hunts are too fast and the game doesnt give you the opportunity to actually hunt...if you move your gun a lazer red mark shows where the animals are and you shoot...in real hunting there is no hints to where the animals are...its no fun to hunt if are not really "hunting"
