I ordered the item in Amazon and it arrived in 3 days on regular shipping.
The cable tacker fits snugly to the staplers mouth and held in place so that you can tackle the hard to reach cable with one hand. The plastic insulator is durable that it can be re-used for more than a couple of times in case you need to relocate the cable, just use the extra staple wire that comes plenty with the pack.
