Though this book was compiled quite a few years ago, it is still an essential reference guide for anyone involved with SMT assembly. This book definitely falls into the "use this or die" category of SMT related books. Of course, the author is one of the most humblest technologists involved in the industry, and, surprisingly, excells at writing book reviews...
