So i thought id buy a few and try them out....... after playing with them and attaching them to my home entertainment cabinet i got them to sound better then my $300 surround sound. They now are completely hidden with amazing sound. Using poster tack i was able to place them with out a permanent glue. Just as any speaker they require a good enough amp or receiver. I just ordered 5 more pairs along with a portable class t amp for my ipod, ill post a youtube video soon for all to see. but for the price its well well worth it. For advice of mounting or use just throw me a message and ill be willing to help! thank you parts express!!!!!

The transducers came with weird connectors. I cut the ends off, hooked the transducers into a small home speaker system and had fun finding out at what sinusoid frequency my floor began to quake when the guy downstairs played his Xbox too loud.

If you are a regular Amazon shopper and you enjoy music, this is a great little project for all the leftover Amazon shipping boxes. After reading the comments from other reviewers, I got myself a few set of these. (Since the shipping cost is only go up a few cents with each additional purchase, it may be good to buy a few sets, in case of "gluing accident"). I just separate the two serial tranducers and solder speaker wires to each of them. I hot-glued each of them to the inside of an amazon shipping box, put back the shipping-cushion-air-bags inside. Tape the boxes back up and connect them to an inexpensive amp. For me, I used the Lepai T2020, as suggested by others. Make sure you glue the edge/lips of the tranducer as well as the four legs. I used the 12.5" * 3" * 15" boxes for my project. The sound is amazing consider the total project cost me less than $40. These things can handle some power, the volume was good enough for my home office. Very good hi and decent bass.
