How is this different from "Greatest & Latest" ?,

This cd seems to be the same as the 2000 realease of "Latest and Greatest / This, That -N- the Other Thing." The only difference is the last song, #14 - Seek and Destroy. This cd was again duplicated in 2004 as "Blood Stained Hitz." C'mon guys. I gave it 3 stars because all the versions are good. However, this seems to be just another rip-off.
