This is the cd that really jump started the surf revival of the 90's. Perhaps the very 1st surf instrumental group to be signed to a major record deal, this cd is nonstop coolness. a must have for serious surf fans. Big Waves!!

This 1995 cd got me interested in surf instrumentals again. The Aqua Velvets seemed to put a fresh new approach to a classic genre of music. They have a traditional sound yet have a sound all their own. This album rocks! Green Sunshine blends surf with SF psycedlia like Ive never heard before. Many thanks to these great musicians!!

A very sweet effort! These cats are very accomplished instrumentalists, and this disc belongs in any collection, whether your tastes run to the traditional or alternative spectrums of surf. Check out `Zamora', `Mastering the Art...' and `A Raymond Chandler Evening' - all stylish grooves. - Jim Winterbottom, Tahlequah, OK
