Surgery of the Foot and Ankle - Coughlin
This is THE book every foot and ankle surgeon should read. Detailed, readable and authorative. Covers almost every topic in the field, and written by the team who most leading F&A surgeon are their scolars.

I do not get the dvd
The DVD of the book never arrived. Never responded to my complaint satisfactorily. The book is very good but buy it elsewhere. I apologize for my English.
