Clear and very well illustrated textbook of surgical exposures in Spine surgery, clarify all procedures with beautiful illustrations and schemes: it's a book for the operating surgeon, absolutely fundamental for residents in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic surgery. Also the companion CD is very useful
