This book is in excellent study format, written in an understandable language for the average every day Joe, such as myself. I would highly recommend this book to anyone preparing for AST Certification.

I think this is a good review book for a Surgical Technologist who is about to take the CST exam. Not only does it have a lot of good questions, it also contains review/study areas that explain the answers. So instead of just giving you the answer, it shows you why it is the answer. Very helpful.

If you are a graduate or student in a Surgical Technology program and you are studying to pass the National Exam then definitely spend the money to buy this book.

Be sure to get one with a disk because the practice exams are REALLY going to help you be prepared for the exam.

Don't second guess whether you should spend the money, it is money well spent. You won't be disappointed!

When you get to the exam take a DEEP BREATH and RELAX! You will have plenty of time to go through the exam, answer the questions that you know then review the exam and choose the most likely choice.

You will do fine if you get this book and take the time to review it.
