• Surly hubs should be adjusted prior to use! Failure to do so will result in premature bearing failure
• Standard, easily-replaceable, non-proprietary, chromoly axles
• Forged and CNC-machined high-flange body
• Adjustable, sealed, full-complement angular-contact bearings; same 7901 bearings used front and rear
• Cartridge bearings are installed with black seal facing out (blue side facing in towards the hub)
• Accept English (1.37" x 24 tpi) singlespeed freewheels or fixed gear cogs
