This whole album is absolutely terrific, but to this listener, the track "Shades of Blue: Shade One" is transcendant. I have been known to listen to this one track three or four times in a row, Hans Christian's cello work is that good. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, superlative, exotic music from Hans Christian, a cellist who loves his musical roots. Music that will take you places you've never been to before! Beyond New Age, and a definite must-hear.

It's so good that I would love to listen to it alone so as not to hear anyone to talk over it, yet, I can't help but share this music with my friends. Hans Christian has created sacred sounds. It's more than music, it is an escape.
