Laura has nailed it with "Surrender to Win". Whether you are a seasoned pro, just starting a new business, or somewhere in between, this book has dozens and dozens of ideas to start new processes in your business or make improvements to existing ones.

Her format for the book makes this VERY EASY for anyone to not only get great ideas, BUT at the end of each chapter provides thought provoking questions and gives the reader an action plan to run with. Most authors miss this critical point. There are not shortage of great ideas in this world, but without a plan of action for these ideas, that's all they are, great ideas.

Don't miss out on this book, it is a must for every entreprenuer's library. The introduction alone raised the hair on my arms. It was if Laura was in the room reading her book to me, powerful stuff!!!

This book is a homerun!! I wish I would have had a tool like this when I started my business 20 years ago...this hits the mark spot on. It is an easy read and is applicable for those looking to get a head start before they open a business or for many owners looking for a "tune-up" for their operations. I have given the book as a gift to my staff so they can understand what is expected of them and the reason why. Well done Laura!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I loved the titles of the chapters, the quotes sprinkled throughout and the chapters were short but full of great ideas. It was a very quick read and the way the book is designed I can go back to it quickly for insight on a particular situation - the summary page at the end of each chapter is great. I highly recommend it for anyone who runs their own business or is considering running their own business.

Surrender to Win, think about this tile and let's break it down. Surrender- to give up the barrier that get in life way. The first barrier we need to work on is our self.

I surrender and have been saved in my business!! I really enjoyed reading this book. I set a goal to read a chapter a day so I could work on each lesson and build it into my personal life and business. Unfortunately, after day two I found myself reading ahead was shocked when I reached the end of the book still wanting more!!

The collar worked as described and it's quality is very good. I would reccomend it for users that are familiar with this type of training.

When I started my own business, I ran into so many obstacles. In a way you think you have all your points covered but it's so easy to get caught up and lose your focus on the business as a whole. I started reading some great books but the one that stuck out and became my favorite was "Surrender to Win" by Laura Harris.

It is an excellent book because you can relate to the author. You can appreciate the difficulties a person endures when starting a business and how easily you can lose your grip. There are so many parts of the business that need your attention but you can't do it all :) Laura has put together important operational processes, which I was lacking. It helped me re-focus and see my business from a different prospective that is influential to positive growth.

If you apply the techniques from this book, you will see immediate results. It's a good read and I highly recommend it!
