Sick and twisted. Yea, two guys is no big deal - but two guys who tie a woman up in a dungeon and beat her with canes, whips and boards, and the writer is all hot about her liking being beaten and scarred? Wow. Now that requires some serious psychiatric care.

This is the first book that I have ready by this author; and it definitely won't be my last.
Esther Johnson answers an ad to become a mail-order bride which might sound a bit odd in this day and change. However, the town that Esther is from has a forty percent unemployment rate. Esther lost her job as a secretary when the company restructured; and her next job in a call center was relocated to India. So Esther decides to take a chance and move to Cooper's Farm.
All the mail-order brides meet at the airport. While on the airplane heading to Cooper's Town, they realize that not only is it an odd situation to be expected to marry two men; the men that they are going to marry also happen to be werewolves!!!
I have to say that the description of the story intrigued me. Esther moves to Cooper's Farm and soon meets werewolves Xola and Kairu. I loved how Xola and Kairu courted Esther; because they knew right off the bat that Esther was their Mate. I also liked how Esther took her time to get to know Xola and Kairu.
Considering the story is under 100 pages, Cara Adams did a wonderful job of weaving an in-depth story. And... Even better... She added in some suspense!!!
This story can certainly be read as a stand-alone; but I'm already waiting for the release of the next book in the series. One, to see which woman's story is told next; and the second is to learn more about the mystery surrounding the town of Cooper's Farm.
