This is a guide not a textbook. You'd need prior anatomy and physiology knowledge to make use of this guide. This book will help you to compartmentalise your knowledge or to mind-map. I bought this book because I'm familiar with the other book by the same author. Even if you buy this guide book as an ebook, it is fully functional and easy to use (and carry).

This guide is a good companion to your assigned class material. This guide should be read before the semester starts to help develop a plan for success. This guide teaches you ways to successfully learn anatomy. This book should not be regarded as a comprehensive source of anatomy and physiology material, but a way to make the material provided by your professor manageable. I consider this guide to be a large part of my success in the course. I am entering the final exam with a 99%.

Some areas were a little light for what I needed in my class, but it did help me out a lot with other topics. Made some topics far easier to understand than what my class textbook did!

Best prep book I could ever recommend. If you are concerned about anatomy read this as your pathway adventure guide. Takes you down exciting path away from danger of overwhelm. Craig J
