Well unless you are a young superstar with Jordan or Kobes skills this video is flat out amazing. Im not sure even Jordan or Bryant could do what Baker is doing on these videos (without practice). Like the other reviewer said its not just for undersized but if they are small and can learn to do these things with the ball they will be on their way to college for sure with a scholarship and possibly the pros. If you are a coach you can loan this out and it has some really good individual drills to do. Ive coached for 3 yrs, and I've looked at a lot of books and dvds and there was some new stuff here for me. Get it and rock your child or players world.

I have dozens of videos and books. This is by far the best video of its type I've seen. My only negative on it is it could / should be shorter. Even though it's almost 2 hours long it still kept the interest of my kids through the entire video. Imagine a BB training video that a 10, 12 and 15 year old will watch voluntarily.

The work out is spectacular - but - that's not what makes it great. What makes this video great is the passion of Ganon Baker. He is a true motivator and his enthusiasm for working with kids cannot be faked.

For years I have tried to instill in my kids the importance of out working everyone else. THAT is what this video is really all about.

In my mind anyone that isn't at least 6'2" is undersized. Having said that, this video is NOT for just undersized kids. The title of this video really needs to be changed.

Please read my other reviews and you'll find that I'm not normally this generous with my reviews.

This is the best basketball DVD I have ever seen. I have bought several DVDs before this one such as Better Basketball DVDs and pistol pete's homework, but this DVD was better than all of them. Ganon Baker is a great coach and gives some great tips as well as great moves, and great workouts or exercises. This video covers everything such as: Conditioning, 1st step explosion, strength, ball handling, passing, jabbing, triple threat, separating from the defender on drive, finishing, moving without the ball, reading the defense and being a leader.
