This is an awesome little, inexpensive tool for knitters. So often I have discovered I have knitting needles that end up without size markings and this little tool saves me every time.

This product is made of metal and has pretty useful 2" by 2" gauge check widow.
You can use it for needles and hooks. For needles it goes from US0 = 2 mm till US16 = 11 mm (I guess it's 11 mm because the last hole is not described in full). For hooks it goes from B to P. It shows European measurements in an American way, i.e. 2 3/4 so, for those used to mm, it's necessary to understand that 2 3/4 means 2.75 mm, etc.
Holes are tiny bit wider than needles/hooks so you check the size by comparing two holes on the side as well.
I received this product fast and well packed but scratched.
