This was the highpoint of Elvis' late 60's comeback. Produced by Chips Moman at Memphis' legendary American Sound Studios, this may be Elvis' finest recording from the period. It was released in late 1969 and climbed to the top of the singles chart in the US and several other countries as well. It would eventually be certified PLATINUM by the RIAA.
