Susteen advertises that you can upload, download and manage your cellphone contacts with this easy to use software. The software is easy to use -after you get through the installation and update maze however this product DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. After spending the money, waiting for the product and a seemingly endless series of installation/update steps, it only picked up about half of my total contacts list. When I went to the website looking for help the answer I got was equivelant to 'Oh, well. That's just the limits of the software'
Needless to say, I will not be buying any more product from Susteen |
