I am a therapist and I have been doing meditation on my own for several years. After reading this great work, I have come to realize how much more I have to learn. The power of these Sutras is like nothing else that I have ever experienced. Anyone who is serious about their own spiritual transformation should read this book.

This book is beautiful principally because the philosophcal school from which the Acharya Kedar originates, Kashiri Shaivism, is a beautiful source of light. The beauty of the contents are not in the principles themselves but in how he has brought them together. The main tenants of the Trika philosophy are here and beatifully articulated for the modern reader. The Acharya is a worthy successor to the Sri Swami Lakshmanjoo
