About the Author
Drs. Martin and Marian Jerry, physician-scientist and clinical psychologist respectively, have studied yoga since 1979 and were initiated into the Tradition of the Himalayan Masters by Swami Veda Bharati in1982. They studied directly with the late H.H. Sri Swami Rama for ten years in both North America and India. They are founding teachers of the Foothills Yoga Society in Calgary, Canada.

Drs. Martin and Marian Jerry have done an exceedingly wonderful job of presenting Himalayan Yoga, guiding us through experiential exercises, and connecting yoga within a spiritual scientific perspective. Written by a psychologist and an oncologist, this is an easy-to-read book that covers this approach to Yoga in a sutra format (brief aphorisms). Highly recommended reading for anyone wondering about or even diligently practicing yoga.Dr. Gallo is the author of "Energy Psychology", "Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods", "Energy Tapping", and "The Neurophysics of Human Behavior."
