Drs. Martin and Marian Jerry have done an exceedingly wonderful job of presenting Himalayan Yoga, guiding us through experiential exercises, and connecting yoga within a spiritual scientific perspective. Written by a psychologist and an oncologist, this is an easy-to-read book that covers this approach to Yoga in a sutra format (brief aphorisms). Highly recommended reading for anyone wondering about or even diligently practicing yoga.Dr. Gallo is the author of "Energy Psychology", "Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods", "Energy Tapping", and "The Neurophysics of Human Behavior." |
