Reliable and dependable, pretty accurate. For my level of expertise exactly what I needed at the right price. More features are nice to have but then you pay three times as much. This model has the basic features that you will use everyday and for twenty something dollars is a very good buy. Every hiker should have it in his ten essentials (or something as good as this one).

Just got this item so I haven't field tested it yet, but it seems to be sufficient for most people's needs. The mirror is very small and doesn't reflect a very clean image, so it's not really that great to look at yourself with.
