Works great. Perfect product. I have two, one on the mountain bike, one on the road bike. Having speed and cadence right there on my watch is great, plus being able to upload a workout once I'm done and analyze speed vs. heart rate vs. cadence has helped tremendously. I've used the watch data (specifically the cadence info it provides) and have changed my goal cadence when training and racing and have shaved MINUTES off my Olympic Triathlon bike split, plus I'm running faster off the bike now, too. Being able to analyze cadence vs. the other performance metrics the Suunto watch records is an enormous tool. Ask any elite triathlete or cyclist and they'll agree. Definitely recommend.
