International intrigue in Canadian waters!!,

In this book, the Russians have to retrieve some Sword nuclear missiles from the bottom of the Canadian ocean, because an International Peace Conference is taking place in Canada. A Soviet submarine man discovers the chains holding Swords to the ground in climates similar to Canada are breaking, and so the Russians go on a mission to get them out before the conference. Duncan Kyle weaves numerous plots together and adds some clever twists to make a great yarn. This book was released in the UK as 'A Raft of Swords.'
