Definately better for your skin to use this tool. Removes without bruising or scratching.

I love the small end of this product. You must use a pin or needle (sterialized of course) to make a small hole first. Gets all of the white head. The large end I haven't had use for as of yet.

I saw a medical program which prompted me to buy this product. It makes a great deal of difference and highly recommend its use.

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I use it on myself and on my boyfriend as we both get the occasional pimples. This is great and it's SO MUCH BETTER than just pinching and squeezing your pimples!! This reduces the chances of getting scars on your face from popping the pimples and I think that's great! It's so easy to use and it really takes the gunk out of your pores!! I highly recommend it!!

This is the first acne remover tool I've ever tried and I have to say that I'm not impressed. I read over the instructions and used it on a few places on my nose and chin. You have to press down pretty darn hard to get any results. I ended up with little U shaped indentions in my chin. And the flat head side can actually scrape off skin if you get over zealous.

Frankly I don't see how scraping a piece of metal across your face is any better than using your fingers to pop them (which you're not supposed to do). I was just really dissapointed. This tool certainly isn't a "magic solution". It really didn't make extracting blackhead any easier and I just found it too easy to press too hard and irritate the skin even worse.

I initially received a defective item, but following my negative review I was contacted by the seller and offered a replacement tool. I am very happy with the replacement tool and would recommend it to others. The smaller end works well for removing blackheads without leaving marks.

It works for some parts of my face... but not really for me. It requires a lot of pressure, and can really hurt.

It worked OK but can cause a bit of pain if you press to hard. directions would have been nice.
