I love this blanket so much let me count the ways...(1) certified organic (so hard to find), (2) large enough for a good, tight swaddle (for a good night sleep), (3) darling drawing showing how to swaddle baby sewn to blanket (even my husband can now swaddle like a nurse), (4) soft, soft, and softer with every wash! I just love this blanket and I feel so good wrapping my little bundle in the ULTIMATE - and I know he loves it too.

My son was huge at birth and around 2 months started to get fussy in the evenings. I discovered that swaddling helped but had a hard time finding a blanket big enough. The Ultimate Swaddling Blanket was perfect. Unlike some of the other swaddling products that can only be used to swaddled it's actually a functioning blanket as well. Now we don't swaddle him any more but we still use the Ultimate Swaddling Blanket to cover him up. It's the perfect weight for covering him up without him getting too hot.

we have the one with brown trim, but i had to write a review here too because we just LOVE this blanket. it's super soft, the perfect size for swaddling, and nice and light AND still warm for baby. we live in hawaii so we love how this blanket keeps the drafts off our son, but doesn't cause him to wake up sweaty. it costs a little more than your average cotton blanket but it's COMPLETELY worth the money! i'd buy another in a second.

We love these blankets very much. However, I will say that because they are flannel, they can be quite warm. So, when we wrap our babies in them, we have to remember to put them in very little clothing or no clothing at all.

I guess it is hard to complain that the blankets are too warm, but oh well, that's what I'm doing. :-)

This organic blanket is warm but not too warm for cool spring night. I love this blanket and its easy to clean and cleans up well.

Id say its a must for your shower list.

I have bought these blankets for my two children and as gifts for parents of newborns. They never fail to please people. There is so much that you can do with them. You can fold it into a triangle and role it a little and put it under your childs arms to help them walk when taking their first steps. It really saves your back from having to bend over all the time.
They are great for keeping warm in winter and for keeping cool in summer.
My 4 1/2 year old puts his blanket over his pillow and sleeps on it and calls it his baby blanket. We've had it for as long as he was born and it's still so very soft after all the washes.
Buy them, you won't be disappointed.
