Too much bounce,

When we use this rack our bikes just bounce all over the place. There is nothing to help stabilize the rack in the hitch. We live in Germany and had someone follow us off the autobahn into a rest stop to make sure we knew our bikes were flying all over the place. I would never buy this one again.
