What does a guy in a turban know about eliminating the blues? Everything!

This book combines spirituality, psychology, wisdom, kindness, love and humor..so that the reader is empowered to laugh themselves back to happy. This book changed my life. It gave me a wealth of simple daily affirmations/actions/ formulas to conquer many hidden fears I didnt even know were holding me down. For example, after 9/11 I was truly afraid of flying but after I made a commitment to 'swami sez' daily affirmations my fear of flying was replaced by a love of flying. Unbelievable! What a feeling to be free of free, anziety and depression. This book is not like any other self help book I have ever read..It is effortless to read, fun, funny, and so very easy to understand. In a word 'Swami sez' is brilliant..Fabulous find, 5 stars all the way!!!
