About the Author
C.E. Walz is a children’s book author as well as an educator. She currently teaches English and chairs the middle school English department at Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia. In her spare time, she likes to bird-watch, hike, play the saxophone, and write -- but not all at the same time! A native Georgian, C.E. Walz lives in Newnan, Georgia, with her husband and son. She is also the author of ALLEY LOO (2008 DFP Awards Best Children's Book).

If you're looking to lull your little ones to sleep and teach them about life in the swamp, then Swamp Lullaby by C.E. Walz is just the book!
It's nighttime in the swamp, but no one is sleeping. In fact... It's time for a swamp lullaby. Crick-crick, zoom-zoom, flit-flitter. Yes, it's time for a swamp lullaby. Buzz-buzz, chirp-chirp, twit-twitter. The fireflies are doing as they please, little green junebugs are crooning a tune, the Katydid just can't sit still, and the mosquitoes are dining on a tasty swamp delight.
