What happened to the end,
By
This review is from: Swan (Indigo Love Spectrum) (Mass Market Paperback)
Ok I read the back of the book and it mentioned a lady named Leila. This person was never mentioned in the book and it also got you to think that the book continued after the mothers furneral but sorry thats where the books end at the mother furneral. I got the book because I read the back of the book. I felt that I was robbed and been taken for my money. I wish I could get an explantion from the author or the editor for that matter. If you are going to buy this book it great for a plane ride or something to pass time.

HORRIBLE, MY GOD HORRIBLE AUTHOR TO SAY THE LEAST!!!,
This review is from: Swan (Indigo Love Spectrum) (Mass Market Paperback)
I read this book last week, and where do I begin? First off, the writing style is that of a 2nd grader. Literally, every other word used in the book uses the word "liked" and "um". I felt like I was reading a "white Valley girl book"....I mean I thought this was suppose to be from an African American woman's own perspective but sadly I was mistaken. Instead, I found Ms. fine's tone to be rather immature, shallow, and cliche plot to what I except to read from my own teenage daughter's diary. Matter of fact, my daughter probably has more interesting stories from her own gym locker-room than this author has in her entire novel collections put together. I honestly, can't believe someone would actually pay $6.95 for this piece of work, when the economy is so hard as we all know, I would skip purchasing this book and all of Ms. Fine's books as well on here. Hope this helps future readers out there from the suffering of reading an Africa Fine book, it's like being stuck in Hell. ;)
