I bought "The Swan and The Mermaid" for my 4 year old and "Rainbows and Sunshine" for my 7 year old. A friend told me about them.

My younger daughter just loves The Swan and The Mermaid, it is very soothing and the stories are just right for her age. After a few days of listening to this CD every night before bed, she began to look forward to this nightly ritual. Our bedtimes are so much easier now! It helps her relax, and she is asleep before the CD ends. I bring the CDs on car trips, and it makes it the trip easier, and helps her fall asleep at Grandma's house!

When she was afraid to go to the dentist, I used one of the suggestions in the CD's cover, and it really helped! She tends to be on the anxious side, and I am happy to think that I can help her learn to relax and how to think more positively at such a young age. I am just learning that now!

Sometimes I listen to it with her, and I find the soothing music and peaceful voice very relaxing! I am definitely ordering the adult one for me and husband, and one for my sister who is a little like my daughter.

I highly recommend these to anyone who has kids, especially kids who are anxious or have trouble calming down and going to sleep.

I got this CD for my sister's daughter, because my kids and I love their other CD (Rainbows and Sunshine for middle-aged kids) so much. It was as good as I hoped it would be! It teaches children how to think positively and do simple mind-body exercises while telling them a story. I can't emphasize enough how important I think this is for children today!

You can tell that a lot of thought and work went into this CD. The music is beautiful, and it is perfect for my young niece. She loves to listen to it, and I happy to have introduced my sister and niece to this product!

You will be thrilled with this CD!

My daughters are 3 and 5. They were having a hard time sleeping because their daddy is in the Marine Corps and had to be away for a few months. I bought this cd as a suggestion from a friend and I really did have my doubts. But, I figured it was worth a try. My daughter no longer has nightmares and they fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. Some nights we listen to both stories and some nights just one. I would definately recommend this product to friends.
