The camera's are very clear regardless of the time of day. The infrared is great except when activated little red dots appear around the lens of the camera which are visible. I have the receiver upstairs in my town house and there is no problem with the reception on a downstairs camera which i have put on the balcony. WOuld definetly recommend.

This wireless camera uses the same frequency as wireless network routers. There is interference between this wireless camera and wireless computer network routers. This interference make this camera useless. Swann is aware of this issue. They state this in the user guide in bold and they suggest to resolve this issue by changing the channel of your wireless network router. The problem with this solution is that most neighbourhoods have wireless networks in the area that will cause interference. All it take is someone to setup a wireless network in your area to make your wireless camera useless.

I really can't believe Swann would sell a camera that uses the same frequency as the wireless network router.

This product interrupted are WiFi, but It's a great product at A GREAT PRICE. Very good quality images, wonderful night vision. A great deal!

I originally gave it 1 star because of the poor blurry image quality. However, after talking to a Swann rep and being informed that i could focus by taking apart the front cover and turning the lens, i will give it 3 stars. Now it has suddenly gone from being an absolutely useless junk to useable. I can see the images with some detail and no huge fuzzy blurr. Now, this would go from 3 stars to 5 stars if they would put a manual forcus knob on the camera as well as red led disable button to allow for use indoors to view through window. I really wish Swann would request this of the camera maker or do it themselves. Such a minor low cost change that would enhance this product greatly. For now, i have to take the cap off to refocus if i ever have to move the camera to new location.

The day time picture is good, but lacks a lot on night vision. The 2.4 hertz needs to be higher so not to interfer with networking and Phone system
