We have been making home made won tons and won ton soup from a recipe from an old Apartment Life Magazine for many years. Remember those great recipes they had back then? We decided that our regular cans of chicken broth were just NOT DELICIOUS ENOUGH for this great soup. We went online, read the reviews on Amazon for chicken broth and stock and Swanson Chicken Stock had such glowing reviews we decided to try it for our won ton soup. It is outstanding - tasty and rich and a perfect complement to the pork stuffed won tons, chinese cabbage, scallions and pork slivers.

While this is an excellent product, it is not exactly like the picture in the description. The box in the picture has the word "chicken" written in a blue box. That is the Swanson low sodium stock. What I got was the box with "chicken" written in a gold box which is their standard stock. Not a big deal unless you're looking to cut back on salt.
