I purchased this tool for odd jobs around the house, I have found it usefull for building walls in our shed, also used it on a 2x4 to level some dirt for pavers. Great bang for the buck!

It does exactly what it says it does. Nothing fancy, no lasers or gimmicks. Just good, sturdy quality at a decent price!

I bought this tool to assist in setting posts for fencing. But I have found that it is very useful for almost any leveling step on framing projects.

It holds well on any 2-by, both vertically and horizontally. I attach it to a 10 foot 2X4 for longer needs. Word of caution, make sure your piece of lumber is perfectly straight or your results will be off.

For the money invested, this is a great tool.

This product is a good starting point when framing. However, I would recommend double checking with a 12' level. I found it was off at times. It is useful in certain situations. I would recommend.

used this tool to assist when setting up frame for basement walls. worked good.

This product helped me make sure that the new studs were square to the floor. Good tool for leveling.
