I'm not a mother and I bought it for myself,in real life, it looks better than the pictures. One thing I like a lot is that it is not the typical ultra thin Swatch, it has "more body". The leather band is SO SOFT that it is hard to believe it is real leather, until you skell it and see the little "cells" on the surface. I'm really happy I got it.
