Fair Swiss watch,

I purchased this watch 5 months ago and at the first look at the watch it looked great with all labels, plastic wrapping and tags ,BUT once I tried it I got shocked because of these facts:
1) The Swatch Original box itself was broken and re-sealed by paper tape like if it's returned or mistreated before. 2) The illumination function was very poor and cheap and almost not exist because it fades after about 30sec from exposing it to the light which made me very sad while I was expecting high quality from well known Swiss timepiece makers. 3) Since i got the watch The Chrono 1/10 second-hand never lined up with the start marking in the top which seemed to be displaced due to misuse or manufacture defects. 4) The upper button which controls the 1/10sec and the chrono function keeps stopping the second-hand and affects the time's accuracy because of it's position and also for being too sensitive. This watch is not my first Swatch, I've had those back in France for long time enough to know about their quality, but this watch was not what I expected and paid money for. Shipping, handling and seller's customer service were good but the item itself is not worth any higher than 2 stars of customer's review satisfaction . I gave the 2 Stars to Amazon itself since they were faithful and delivered the item on time as expected.
