When i first saw the item online i first wondered how it compared to the traditional sauna suits i have seen out there, and to be honest as soon as i got the item out of the box and in my hands i knew that any other sauna or sweat intended product paled in comparison. I am a boxer and can sincerely say that this product is made of a very durable material, it doesnt matter what the activity is you'll be taking on, you wont need to worry about item tearing. Great for toning lower body, combined with a lower body workout regime of course squats, lunges etc. Great product, although size may be a little confusing if you are a man.

They definitely make you sweat off water weight...but they are really unattractive looking. I definitely would not do anything outside of the house in these. Sometimes, depending on my exercise, they get air inside and look like i blew air into them but this doesn't always happen.
