This cap would probably be fine if wore under something. I bought it for the gym to keep sweat out of my eyes. I'm 6'2" and this cap is far too large. Even if I pull it down further than I would like to, you still get these little points (for lack of a better term) that stick out either side. You can kind of see these in the displayed picture. That being said, it's comfortable and I will probably use it when I go on bike rides but will continue to look for something for the gym.

Also, it's worth noting that I'm bald and you may not have the same problem if you have hair ;)

I bought this to protect my bald head and keep the sweat out of my eyes while running. It is 10 sizes to big,the picture makes it look like it fits tight. I am a 140 pound guy and if I wear this above the ears as instructed it is 3 inches above the top of my head. If you pull it down over your ears the top corners stick up and it looks really goofy.By the time I pay the freight both ways I am out $12.00.

I like the idea of this. I started wearing it while exercising. Works great. But I've found that if I wear it under a normal cold-weather stocking cap, I stay more dry and warm while cleaning snow. So that was an added bonus.

I bought this hat for a runner friend who has Alopecia. Because of her condition, she likes to run with a beanie type hat to protect her head from the sun (running with a wig is NOT fun). She doesn't like people to see her bald spots either, as they are pretty large. In our climate, running with a winter type beanie is not comfortable. This beanie is SO LIGHT! It's soft, stays put, and allows her head to breathe. She can run and feel completely at ease that her head is covered.

I bought this product mainly to protect my scalp from the sun while playing soccer. Works great and keeps my head cool and ventilated.

My only complaint is the price seems a bit high given the materials and how easy I believe it would be to make. UPDATE - I either remembered paying more (incorrectly), or I did pay more when I bought them. But at the current price of $13, I have no complaints.

But the most important thing is, it works well.

I got this and another different version made by the same company. I love the other one, but it's smaller and has a mesh top section. This one is designed differently, but that turns out to be a good thing.

At first I was unhappy because, despite both caps being the same size supposedly, this one was noticeably "longer" (hangs partway over my ears). This turned out to be a good thing, as it provides some wind protection from my ears on cool, windy days.

So be aware that this hat may be large depending on your goals, but if you want some ear coverage you're set.

Service was fine, but cap is a sloppy fit with corners sticking out. I wear it on my no-helmet bike rides for increased visibility, but stash it in a pocket otherwise because of the goofy look.

This was a nice skull cap that I put my money into. It's my favorite color blue and I use it while working. I over-all love it and would suggest it to anyone on the market for its type.
