Gorgeous, Elegant Crafts
I am very pleased with this book -- it's what I expected, and more. The crafts are simple, yet elegant. The embellishments are gorgeous, with pretty buttons, shimmery beads and little felt ornaments. Embroidery stitches are added as well. As an example, the jester stocking shape was a bit unusual, adding to its charm. As the description said, Swedish crafts are...

Disappp\ointed
Was disappointed - didn't contain the type of projects which would have interested me. However, did give the book to someone who does a lot of crafts and she found it helpful.

I am very pleased with this book -- it's what I expected, and more. The crafts are simple, yet elegant. The embellishments are gorgeous, with pretty buttons, shimmery beads and little felt ornaments. Embroidery stitches are added as well.
As an example, the jester stocking shape was a bit unusual, adding to its charm. As the description said, Swedish crafts are minimalist and 'clean' in their design...so it's all the more important that they be beautiful and useful. Even the design of the book itself is appealing. The photography is top notch. The crafts have beautiful color and textures. I love every page of this book!
