I like Chef Danielle Myxter's direct & easy style of baking. Very professional but easy to follow. Here is a list of the recipes on this DVD:
1. Creme Caramel (a custard)

5. Warm Gingerbread Spice Cakes w/ Port Poached Pears & Caramel Sauce
