I have been using this product for almost a year and I love it. I stopped using it several months ago because I'd run out and I thought I'd save some money. My hair started drying out and getting frizzy at the ends again, so I started using the sweet almond mint again. It makes my hair look like I just got it cut and it's very soft and silky, like when I was a kid.
There are some things to get used to. My hair has very fine strands but there is a lot of it, so it's thick. It's a bit difficult to get the product all the way to the scalp but if you wet your hair very well before you apply it, then plenty gets to the scalp. I also keep adding a little water as I massage the conditioner into my scalp. It's important to make sure the product is evenly distributed. I also scrub my scalp with my fingernails to make sure it gets clean. Then I just leave the product on while I take my shower. The most important thing to do is rinse, rinse, rinse it all out until your hair is squeaky clean. If you don't do this, you'll have very greasy results and your hair will be dull (this is the main complaint I see on these reviews). Once all the product is rinsed out, add a tiny amount to the very ends of your hair and rinse it out like you would a normal conditioner (a really tiny amount to the very tips of your hair). I wash everyday and my hair always looks great. My friends all comment on how healthy my hair always is. About once every 2 weeks, I do shampoo with a sulfate-free clarifying shampoo but I would do that no matter what product I use. I use the Wen as a conditioner whenever I use my clarifying shampoo.
I have only used the sweet almond mint and fig and I like the sweet almond mint much better because the fig has a horrible smell (to me). I have also used it to shave my legs and I get wonderful results. It prevents irritation and leaves my legs very smooth.
I cannot stress enough that if your hair is greasy when you use this, then you need to make sure you are getting it on your scalp and that you are rinsing it very thoroughly.
The only downside is the price. I usually pay a premium for good hair products, so I'm no stranger to paying for quality but it is a bit higher than I'd like to pay for something that I have to replace every month.

I really like the fragrance of the Wen cleansing conditioner. I may be 63, but I'm blessed with natural oils in my hair. I have VERY rarely used conditioners because they have left my hair feeling a bit heavy. I do get the same feeling from using this product. Normally I shampoo every other day, but using Wen, it feels weighted the first day.
My usage will be perhaps once a week, but just since I cannot cleanse my hair with it each time - sorry, as I really enjoy the fragrance. It just doesn't perform for me as I hoped.

My hair is course dry and extremely frizzy, and for me hair styling typically meant a minimum of five different products, starting from shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, pre heat treatment serum and blowdrying/straightening....
now with Wen, though I still use my serum prior to blowdrying, all I need is the cleansing conditioner. And I absolutely love the smell and cooling effect of the conditioner when I leave it on. Also the minty fresh fragrance, makes me feel so refreshed..... Additionally I have also noticed that I have less hair loss.
Its a fantastic product and definitely worth a try. Who knows you may get hooked to it as I did!
And oh, when you do have the time.. try applying this to your hair, and then sitting in the jacuzzi..... feels like you are in a spa!
For me the only drawback is that, I cannot agree to the fact that this is the only product my hair needs. Since I have coarse and frizzy hair, blow drying my hair after using only this product and none of the serum makes it look dry and lifeless :(

Wen is, by far, the best cleanser I've ever found for my thin, mediterranean curly hair which tends toward dry and wispy unless I use Wen. I'm DONE with shampoo and conditioners, this does it ALL in one step and then I put a little bit in my hair after towel drying and I don't need to wash my hair again for up to 4 days, depending on how active I've been. Plus, I color my hair and always wait til that 4th day to color, my scalp is never dried out after and my hair feels like silk when I am done. This IS the good stuff!

I purchased the sweet almont mint cleansing cream about a month ago. I have mixed feelings about this product. My hair does have a lot more volume and overall looks and feels healthier. However, it makes your hair super greasy real quick. I use to wash my hair every other day to avoid dry out, but now I have to was every day or it is a big pile of slime. GROSS! I definitly do not think it is worth the money and I will never purchase it again.

I love this product, but gave it a 4 STAR only because I wish it was designed not to have to use so much for one shampooing...

I think this product may be geered toward people who have hard to manage kinky/curly hair. I'm white and have very straight hair. After using it for 2 weeks - as directed - my hair became very greasy around my roots. It was like it was over conditioned. I now only use it once a week as a conditioning treatment and I like it just fine that way.

Incredible changes in my hair! I suffered from frizzy hair since I color my hair every 3-4 weeks. Also, living in the hot humid weather in Florida which is not good for people who want their hair to look like a million bucks every day. Since I use WEN Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner, my hair is not frizzy anymore.I have moreWEN Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner - 16oz and 6oz Travel Size shiny looking and sleek hair now. Also, I noticed that it looks much longer than before I used this product. I don't need half an hour in the bathroom, because my hair is more manageable. I just ordered the other WEN Hair Conditioner with Lavender. I can't wait to try this one out.

I like the smell although I don' think this one work well for my hair. I have a color and flat hair. After use this one I could feel that my hair a little dry compaire to the WEN fig. But once at a while I still use it, I think it would be better that I did not use the same brand or same ingredient all the time.

I love this product because my hair feels and smells good after a wash and set at the hair salon. However, the salon will add shampoo when you are not looking because this stuff doees lather up.

It works very good in conditioning and cleaning the hair. I always end up putting more than I need. I wish it would last but it doesn't. I won't recommend this to everyone so you have to test it our first. Everyone is different and have different texture of hair.

My hair is fine to medium and I wanted to stop using shampoo(s). So, this is my first time and I like it.
